Things people hand to us

Small calls that eat your afternoon, to supported New Zealand numbers.

Finish the booking

Find me a physio slot next week, afternoons only, and confirm it under my name.

Find the right tradie

Several calls at once

Ask these plumbers about availability, call-out fees and my leaking tap, then tell me which to go with.

Skip the awkward call

Check whether the shop has my order ready and what time they close.

Three steps. You never touch the phone.

The example below is made up so you can see the shape of it. Nobody was actually called.

Say what you need

A phone number and a sentence or two, like you'd text a friend. Say what to ask, any dates, and anything we must not do.

“Ask Drain Doctors if they can fix a leaking kitchen tap this week and what the call-out fee is. Don't book anything yet.”

Check the plan

We turn it into a plain plan: who we'll call, what we'll ask, what we may agree to, what we'll share about you, and the most it can cost. Fix anything with a sentence.

A short result you can trust: what was agreed, what's still open, what it cost, and the exact words from the call.

Got the answer
They can come Thursday 17 Sep. Call-out fee is NZ$89.
Still open: exact time on Thursday.
Booked: nothing, as you asked.
“Thursday's fine, it's eighty-nine for the call-out and then parts on top.”
Our charge: US$0.41 of your US$1.50 limit. The rest returns once the call is finalised.
Compare several businesses

Ring several tradies. Read every answer.

Give us a few businesses and one brief. We ring them in parallel, ask everyone the same questions, and bring back a result and transcript for each so you can pick. Missing answers stay missing; a rough figure never turns into a quote.

Each call has its own cap, held while we ring and returned once finalised.

You're in control

A phone call on your behalf is a big deal. So the rules are simple and they're yours.

Exact number, exact task

We call the number you gave, to do the thing you asked. Anything else needs a new plan and a new yes from you.

A hard spending cap

You set the maximum in US$ before we dial. We can't go over it, and whatever the call didn't use returns once it's finalised.

Always says it's an AI

The assistant introduces itself as an AI calling on your behalf and says it's taking notes. It never pretends to be you.

Never pays, never presses 1

No card details, no deposits, no keypad menus, no codes. If a call needs any of that, we tell you instead of guessing.

Pay per call. You set the cap.

You hold prepaid credit and set a maximum for every call. We hold that amount while we ring, charge for what the call actually used, and return the rest once the call is finalised.

  • 100 credits = US$1 of calling service value. 500-credit packs cost US$5, including applicable tax. Prices quoted by a business are separate from your call charge.
  • A call can cost something and still not get the answer. If the failure was ours, we refund it.
  • 200 free credits to try it. One-time top-ups when you need more, with no subscription or automatic recharge.

What is Ring for Me?

Ring for Me is an AI phone assistant for calls to supported New Zealand landlines and mobiles. Use the browser or a connected AI agent to request a call, approve a plan and spending cap, and receive a result and transcript.

Can it ring several businesses at once?

Yes, up to three calls at once per account. Give us the businesses and one brief; we ring them in parallel, ask the same questions, and each call gets its own result and transcript. Each call keeps its own cap.

Can it actually book things for me?

Yes, for reservations that need no payment or deposit, when you say so. Tell us what you want and what you're happy to agree to, like a time window or a maximum price. If you say “don't book anything”, we won't, full stop.

Who does the business hear?

A friendly voice assistant that says it's an AI calling for you by first name. It shares only the details you approved and takes notes so you get the transcript.

What if nobody answers, or it goes to voicemail?

We hang up without leaving a message unless you approved one. You're charged only for the time used, and you'll see exactly why the call ended.

What if the call fails?

Results are marked honestly: got it, partly, didn't, or unsure. If the failure was our fault, the credit is refunded under our published policy.

How do I get credit?

Sign up and verify your email for 200 free credits, with no card required. Buy more from the Credit page with a one-time top-up in US dollars (USD). No subscription or automatic recharge.

Which numbers can you call?

Supported New Zealand landlines and mobiles for now. No emergency services, no premium lines, and we honour opt-outs from businesses that don't want AI calls.
